Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm and yourself.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Day tickets provide entry to the zoo, access to the keeper talks and free events. Please note additional fees are required for tractor rides, animal food and animal encounters.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets bought at admissions, booked online or by telephone. Tickets are valid only for the date they are booked and cannot be transferred to another date. We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the director.

We are able to refund any Keeper Experiences sold online or by phone up to 14 days after purchase, so long as the experience has not taken place. After this time unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances to be determined by our management staff.

Online Booking
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
