Accessibility information

This experience takes place behind the scenes in animal care areas, including relatively small indoor spaces. For the safety of participants and animals, please consider the following before purchasing:

• Participants must be able to understand and independently follow verbal safety instructions, responding appropriately to changing situations.

• The route includes stairs, thresholds and uneven ground, so a reasonable level of mobility and physical fitness is required.

• The experience may include an elevated viewing balcony overlooking the bear habitat and may not be suitable for those with a fear of heights.

• Participants must be able to remain calm and follow keeper instructions throughout.

If you have any questions about accessibility or whether this experience would suit the recipient, please contact us before purchasing or booking. Our team will be happy to discuss the experience and any available adjustments to help you make an informed decision.

We recommend booking your chosen date as early as possible, particularly for weekends and school holidays, as availability is limited.
