Universal Credit Tickets (Trial – May 2026)

Making nature accessible for everyone

We believe that everyone should have the chance to enjoy a day out surrounded by nature, connect with incredible animals, and be inspired to protect our planet.

We understand that for many families, the cost of visiting can be a barrier. That’s why we’re introducing Universal Credit tickets for the month of May 2026 helping more people experience the zoo and the vital conservation work happening here.

Enjoy a great value day out at the zoo with our reduced-price tickets for those receiving eligible benefits.

  • £10 per person (£11 with Gift Aid)
  • Up to 6 tickets per booking
  • Under 2s and carers go free

Available online only and must be booked in advance. Proof of eligibility and ID required on arrival.

Help support Noah's Ark Zoo Farm

Did you know that Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm is now a charity?

When you visit Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, you are not only immersing yourself in the world of animals, but you are also helping to protect them and their habitats - both locally and around the world.

Adding a 10% donation to your ticket price will support our vital conservation and education work, as well as maintaining Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm as a place of joy, wonder, adventure, and refreshment for generations to come.

AND when you donate, your entire transaction becomes eligible for gift aid, meaning we can claim an extra 25% on the entire transaction, at no additional cost to you.

Together, we can make a difference for the future of our planet and its wildlife.
