Gift Tickets

Gift tickets are physical tickets posted in the mail to the desired recipient. Gift Ticket holders do not need to book in advance, simply turn up any time (within opening hours!) and hand the ticket to the Ticket Office for entry.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are monetary vouchers that are for online use only. The purchaser will receive an email containing a code that can be used online towards Experiences, Encounters, Adoptions, and Day Tickets. Please note, Gift Vouchers cannot be used on site and cannot be redeemed against memberships. For Gift Memberships, please click here.
